1. The Defendant’s KRW 33,083,482 as well as 5% per annum from June 6, 2019 to November 19, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff, a summary of the parties, was established on September 6, 2005 for the purpose of casino business, tourist accommodation business, etc., and operated a mutually exclusive casino for foreigners. The defendant is a company that runs the business of manufacturing casino products.

B. The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Nonparty Co., Ltd. E (hereinafter “E”) to supply KRW 1,000 chips used in one of the multiple casino business places operated by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant casino”), 15,000 (hereinafter “the primary supply portion”), and 10,000 (hereinafter “the secondary supply portion”) in 209.

The Defendant, who received the manufacturing and supply from E, manufactured and supplied the chips of 39.5m in diameter, 3.37m in thickness, 11g 1, and 12m in weight, and supplied them to E. The Defendant supplied them to the Plaintiff.

C. The terms and conditions related to the contract (i) manufacture and supply of the third-party supply of the casino chips of KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000 which requires additional supply with the Defendant on July 20, 2016, are the contract for the supply of crops (hereinafter “instant supply contract”) under which the Plaintiff would be directly produced and supplied within 12 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The instant contract and relevant agreement provide the Defendant with the gold type of chips produced and supplied directly, and this gold type can not be used in any case other than for the purpose of fulfilling the purpose of this contract, and return it upon completion of its production (other matters) and shall not disclose any data relating to the production of chips obtained under this contract (special terms of chips purchase contract) and shall comply with the terms of “securityness” as follows (i.e., delivery purchase specifications 3. security external color of chips).
