1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,609,650 as well as KRW 27,031,986 as to the Plaintiff’s KRW 27,031,986.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);

3. As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 3, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the last delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
