A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 11, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 6 million for a violation of road traffic laws at the Daegu District Court, and on June 25, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of road traffic laws (unlicensed driving). [Criminal facts]
