Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim C (V, 39 years of age) and the legal marital relationship.

On August 3, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:30 on August 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought a victim’s hand to be forced to board a car accompanying the Defendant by towing the victim’s hand; (b) but (c) refused the victim’s hand.
