1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,912,50 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 25, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

According to each description of Gap evidence 1 through 4 (including each number), the facts of the reasons for the claim in attached Form can be recognized.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 43,912,50 and the amount of damages for delay at a rate of 20% per annum from February 25, 2015 to the date of full payment as requested by the plaintiff, which is clear from February 25, 2015 that the delivery day of the copy of the complaint of this case is the day after the date of final supply. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking this payment is accepted for the reasons, and is so decided as per Disposition.
