A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, at around 01:30 on May 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a non-recovered door door at the Eda operated by the victim D with the second floor in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) intruded into the said door; and (c) one of the two keys of the victim’s possession in the Kabter; (d) one of the two cash units belonging to the victim’s possession in the Kabter; (e) six cosmetics owned by the victim; (e) six pockets; (f) one pocket book; (c) one log of six hundred and fifty thousand won in the market value; (d) one car driver’s license; and (e) three million won in the market value of the victim’s cash ownership at the 300,000,000 won in its inner room; and (e) one of the 700,000,00 won in the market value of the Kabter;

2. A thief: (a) around 01:40 on May 19, 2015, the Defendant: (b) driven a thief motor vehicle with G Aup-Wn-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W
