1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 6, 2014, Defendant C’s ownership relation to the instant real estate is specified as the number of units of loans, i.e., the second floor G and H of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building (hereinafter “instant lending”) and each of the above lending units.
(2) On August 1, 2014, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer concerning Hho Lake on May 4, 2015, on the ground of sale and purchase.
3) On the ground of payment in kind on July 15, 2016, I completed the registration of the transfer of the ownership of H lending of this case on May 10, 2017. (B) On May 16, 2017, the Plaintiff leased the instant H lending of this case from I as the broker of Defendant D, a licensed real estate agent, for the period of KRW 167,000,000, and for the period from May 16, 2017 to May 16, 2019 (hereinafter “the instant lease”), and paid the said deposit to I.
2) On May 16, 2017, the Plaintiff received the place indicated as “H” from the I in the front door of each of the instant lending from the I, and completed the move-in report to the address of H lending on the same day, and Defendant D received the fixed date in the instant lease agreement. Defendant D provided the Plaintiff with the registry and the building register on H lending in the instant lease agreement, but did not provide the building status attached to the building ledger, and did not confirm the lessor I’s tax default relationship.
C. The current status of each of the instant loans consists of G, which is a single section of exclusive ownership, on the current status of each of the instant loans. On March 9, 2015, the relevant section of exclusive ownership was divided into each of the instant loans. The current status of each of the instant loans was indicated as “H” and “H H H H H lending,” unlike the current number of the front door door door houses as indicated at the time, unlike the current status of each of the instant loans. 2) Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on October 23, 2019, by notification of the application for the alteration of the building indication.
