A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a member of the 31st clan of B (hereinafter “instant clan”), did not have been appointed as the representative at the ordinary meeting on January 1, 199, and did not hold a general meeting whose name the Defendant used to trade real estate owned by the clan as an agenda item. However, the Defendant arbitrarily created a seal imprint by using the fact that he received and kept a certificate of personal seal impression to prepare minutes from the clan members of the instant clan, and sold the real estate owned by the instant clan, sold the real estate owned by the instant clan, and had the purchase price used for the Defendant’s repayment of his personal debts and investment in encryption.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) held a general assembly around December 7, 2016, using a computer in the Busan-gun C building and the Defendant’s house located in the Busan-gun and the Defendant’s house; (b) held a general assembly around December 7, 2016; and (c) decided to entrust A with the conduct of performing the procedure for ownership transfer registration after selling and selling the land at F and G, which is the ownership of the instant clan.

“Around December 12, 2016, the minutes of the meeting were prepared and printed, and thereafter, the name, resident registration number, and address of H, I, J, K, L, and M were written in the member column, and the seal of the above nominal owner, which the Defendant had voluntarily inscribed on his name. Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the minutes of the meeting in the name of H, I, J, K, L, L, and M, which is a private document pertaining to a certificate of fact without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right. B. Around December 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) held a general assembly around December 12, 2016; (b) held a general assembly as a representative; (c) decided to delegate the act necessary for filing an application for registration of change of the representative of H, I, J, and M; and (d) prepared a resolution to delegate the registration of change of the ownership of P, J, Busan, the instant clan to Q.
