Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in a specialized construction business, the estimated construction amount of which is at least 50 million won, shall file for registration of the construction business with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by type of business.

Nevertheless, on May 25, 2016, the Defendant entered into a contract with a person in charge of the construction business in the name of “D”, which has registered the construction business, with the company in charge of the construction business in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the private corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation in the public corporation
