A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as an employee at the D cafeteria located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant, who operated by the victim B, was able to intrude into the said cafeteria with the sign language to steal the victim’s property.

1. On January 6, 2020, at around 03:35, the Defendant came into front of a D cafeteria, and went into a cafeteria, and cut off with one 12,300 won in total of the market value of the victim's possession in the main room, one stude beverage, one stude, one stude, one stude, rice, eight stude, five plastic bags, five waste bags, and one stude.

2. On January 8, 2020, at around 03:25, the Defendant: (a) went in front of a D cafeteria; (b) went in front of the D cafeteria; (c) went in front of the cafeteria and intrudes into the cafeteria; and (d) cut off with two or three plastic bags with a total of KRW 1,000,000, the market value of which is the victim’s ownership at the cafeteria.

3. On January 10, 2020, the Defendant came in front of a D cafeteria, around 04:07, and went into the cafeteria, and stolen the waste bags with two copies of waste bags equivalent to the total market price owned by the victim at the cafeteria.

4. On January 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 04:01 on January 13, 2020, entered a restaurant with a cafeteria’s seat number opened and intruded into the restaurant; and (b) cut off with a total of 73,000 won of the market price owned by the victim at that place; and (c) 1 factoring in a small amount of 3,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.

5. On January 17, 2020, at around 04:16, the Defendant: (a) opened a restaurant entrance in front of a D restaurant; (b) intruded into the restaurant, and then stolen with a total of 42,00 won of gas burners, and a total of 42,00 won of the market price owned by the victim located in the kitchen.
