All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “each land of this case”) was owned by K, which was originally owned by K.

B. K died on May 3, 1993, and the inheritor as the inheritor of the Plaintiff A, his wife, the other Plaintiffs (B, C, D, E, F, G), L, and Defendant H, who are children.

(1) Defendant J is the spouse of Defendant H, and Defendant I is the children of Defendant H.

C. In accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), Defendant H transferred the ownership of the instant land on August 27, 1993 due to each sale (each sale date is see the following table) with respect to the instant land paragraph (4) of this case on October 7, 1993.

On December 30, 1994, Defendant H created a right to collateral security of KRW 300,000,000 with respect to each of the instant lands to Plaintiffs A, B, C, Plaintiff D, Plaintiff D, and L.

(F) On December 3, 2010, Plaintiff A, B, Plaintiff C, Plaintiff D, Plaintiff E, and L, which established a right to collateral security, revoked the registration of creation of a new mortgage on the same date.

E. On February 11, 2014, Defendant H issued to Defendant I the registration of transfer of ownership for one-half portion of each of the lands listed in paragraphs (4) through (7) of this case on the ground of donation on February 10, 2014. On October 28, 2015, Defendant J transferred the registration of transfer for one-half share of each of the lands listed in paragraphs (1) and (5) on October 27, 2015.

On February 10, 1982, the date of the registration of ownership transfer of Defendant H H’s land No. 1,131 square meters prior to the date of the owner’s registration on the registry on August 10, 1982, Defendant J 2, Mong-gun N on August 10, 1982, and Defendant H3 on February 10, 1983, trading on August 10, 1993, 96 square meters prior to the date of the owner’s registration, and on February 10, 1982, Defendant H3, M& 4-gun P & 635 square meters on February 10, 1993, each of Defendant H and M& 1/25 square meters on August 10, 1983.
