Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-hand vehicle at approximately 100 meters away from the road near the Korea Meteorological Administration, located in the Busan East-gu, and up to the road prior to the Korea Meteorological Administration, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.175% among the blood transfusions around 23:06.
