A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.151% at the two kilometers of the blood alcohol content at the same 73 kilometer from the front of the Korea National University Aamban Hospital located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu to the 2nd roads of the Sung central intersection.

2. On May 10, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.151% while under the influence of alcohol around 23:00, and led the Defendant to drive a two-lane road prior to the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Seongbuk Central Tropy Association.

In proceeding as above, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, caused the victim C (Nam, 39 years of age) who is waiting for traffic in the front section of the said vehicle at the front section of the said vehicle at the front section of the said vehicle at the front section, and caused the victim E (Nam, 31 years of age) traveling in the front section of the said vehicle at the front section of the said vehicle at the front section, had the victim E (Nam, 31 years of age) traveling in the front section of the said vehicle at the said front section, and caused the victim G (Nam, 38 years of age) traveling in the front section of the said E520 vehicle at the front section of the said E520 vehicle at the front section of the said vehicle at the front section, and led the victim G (Nam, 38 years of age) traveling in the front section of the said vehicle at the front section of the said H-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-C.

As above, the Defendant driving the said rocketing drive car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and inflicted injury on the victim C, such as chlostal salt and tensions, which requires treatment for about three weeks, on the part of the victim E, and inflicted injury on the victim E, such as sloaks and tensions, which require treatment for about two weeks between the two weeks, on the part of the victim G, and on the part of the victim.
