1. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant cancels the charges for the entrusted operation of the Korea Fisheries Products Sales Center to the Plaintiff, 21,98,730 ledger and disposition.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On May 20, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an entrusted operation contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant on the Dongsan-gu 11-ro 150 Ground Fishery Product Sales Center (hereinafter “instant sales center”). The said contract has been renewed three times in total (the period of entrustment shall be from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015; hereinafter the said contract shall be renewed on December 27, 2013 to 30, 400, 205, 205, 205, 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000).

C. The Plaintiff dissatisfied with the instant disposition and filed an administrative appeal on March 15, 2016, but the Ulsan Metropolitan City Administrative Appeals Commission dismissed the Plaintiff’s claim on April 29, 2016, on the ground that “the objection against the imposition of user fees on public facilities of a local government is not subject to administrative appeal.”

In addition to the above administrative appeal, the Plaintiff filed an objection against the Defendant on April 14, 2016, but the Defendant dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on June 8, 2016.
