Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2020, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in January 1 and June of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Incheon District Court, and the above decision became final and conclusive on the 30th of the same month.

On December 13, 2019, the Defendant 2020-Ma323 driven a F Spart car from the road front of convenience stores in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu to the front road of the entrance No. 4 in the same Gu from the road of convenience stores in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul to the road of the entrance No. 4 in the same Gu.

On December 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) posted commercial sex acts at an influent place; (b) placed commercial sex advertisements at the mobile-type display Stockholm “U.S.A.”); and (c) arranged sexual buyers to engage in commercial sex acts, which are sexual intercourses, in the fluence adjacent to the New Station in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; and (d) received KRW 50,000,000,000,000 in exchange for arrangement; and (c) the Defendant continued to engage in commercial sex acts, at around 23:00 on the same day, assisted H, a sexual buyer who reported and contacted the said advertisements, to engage in commercial sex acts with the said G in the said manner.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic twice.
