Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 18:00 on June 19, 2014, the Defendant was driving a C Lerober Car in Jeju-do, and was driving at the Sejong-do Do 2-lane of the two-lane road located in Dong-ri Dong-ri, Dong-ri at the time of Jeju-do, along the two-lanes of the 50-lanes of Dong-ri, Dong-ri, Dong-ri, Dong-ri at the time of Jeju-do Do 50 meters. Since the restricted speed of the above road is 70km speed per hour, the Defendant neglected his duty of care to prevent accidents, and thereby, caused injury to the victim D (78 years old) crossing the above road at a speed of about 107km per hour without delay, despite the fact that there was a duty of care to prevent accidents.

Provisional payment order: The punishment is determined as per the order in consideration of all the following circumstances as the reasons for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act: The facts of the crime are recognized and reflected; the circumstances to be considered in the course of the crime are: (a) the victim has agreed with the victim that the vehicle traveling across the central separation zone in which the vehicle was ironed; (b) the victim has not discovered the victim in advance on the vehicle driving over one lane on the left side of the vehicle driving along the defendant's vehicle; (c) the injury suffered by the victim is considerably serious: (d) the circumstances of the accident, the circumstances after the crime, and the defendant's career, etc. are determined as per the order.
