Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall catch fish or shellfish, etc., which is a prohibited act prescribed by Presidential Decree, that is obviously likely to pollute water sources, in the section of the main stream of the Han River between the Paldang Dam and the diving River.

Nevertheless, on September 27, 2017, the Defendant engaged in the act of catching fish and shellfish that could pollute water sources by sing fishing lines in one side of “C” located at approximately 1 km from B downstream in Namyang-si, Namyang-si (the river area of the Han River, the Han River, the Han River, the Han River, and the Han River, the Han River).
