Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a B Car with B Car on November 17:15, 2013; (b) opened a three-lane 3-lane road in the front of the SM 87-16, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, along the one-lane of the said road; (c) opened a three-lane distance where the signal is installed at the front of the said road; and (d) as a person engaged in driving service, has a three-lane distance where the signal is installed at the front of the said road, the Defendant neglected his/her duty of care to prevent the accident by driving safely while driving the car with good faith and the front of the said road; and (d) instead, the victim C (54 years old) was waiting for the signal at the front of the car driven by the Defendant; and (d) took measures such as damage to the victim and CA car, 200 Do 250 Do 265 Do 260 Do 260 Do 2665.
