Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was suspended for the six-month period of Franchiscison for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the Seoul Western District Court; and (b) was finalized on April 24, 2018; and (c) was engaged in driving of Bone Starexscison.

On January 23:50, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 23:50, while driving the two lanes in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C from the south side to the south side of the parallel distance in the south side of Yongsan-gu.
