Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B, after receiving a request from a naturalization from a Chinese Joseon's Republic of China to inquire about a person who will enter into a disguised marriage from C, B requested the defendant who was in a single-use painting, and the defendant was willing to enter into a disguised marriage with C on the condition that he would receive five million won.

1. On December 1, 2009, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C, entered false records, such as public electronic records, etc., prepared a marriage report as if the Defendant and C were to enter into a disguised marriage without a genuine intention of marriage, and submitted it to the above Gu office to the public official in charge of family register who is unaware of the circumstances, and made it electronically into the Supreme Court’s family register information system with the Defendant and C’s actual marriage.

Accordingly, in collusion with B and C, the Defendant made a false report to the public official, and made him enter false facts in the above family register information system, a public electronic record.

2. The Defendant, in collusion with B and C, exercised the above family register information system, which was recorded falsely at the above time and place.
