Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2017, at around 10:09, the Defendant: D’s house balcony located in Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; D, a neighboring party to Annsan accommodation, thrown away garbage in front of the Defendant’s house; and thrown the lux of the lux in any place without permission.
