A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the buckbucks by the Defendant’s grandchildren by bucking off the bucks located in the subway stations around 08:14, a subway station located in Bupyeongcheon-si, after the bucking of the buck buck bucks by the victim E (if the buck bucks are 22 years old).

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a concentrated means of public transportation.

2. Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a concentrated means of public transportation.

The sentencing conditions in the records, such as the circumstances under Article 16(2) through (4) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Social Service or Order to Attend shall be determined by comprehensively taking into account the following circumstances and the defendant’s age, occupation, sex, sex, family relationship, living environment, circumstances leading to the crime, and circumstances after the crime, etc.
