1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2016, the Defendant driven Cpool car at approximately 2 km section from the front side of Gwangju Northern-gu B to the lower road under the high-value of the same Gu Pool-dong, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.064% among blood transfusion around 22:47.
