1. Of the distribution schedule prepared on November 4, 2014 by the said court with respect to the auction case of real estate B in Incheon District Court.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 21, 1975, the Defendant (the Korea Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. prior to the alteration) completed the registration of the establishment of each collateral of KRW 113,00,000 with respect to each land listed in the separate sheet owned by the Jinjin on July 21, 1975, in order to secure the claim for reimbursement against the Jinjin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Cinjin”), and completed the registration of provisional seizure on each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 of the Seoul Civil District Court on July 22, 1993 (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. The details of the establishment registration, etc. of each of the following items, which the creditors of the Plaintiff, the Defendant, etc. completed on the instant land by the obligees are as follows.
