1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Plaintiff is a company whose business purpose is waste disposal business, metal and nonmetallic material recycling business, and the Defendant is a company whose business purpose is to produce recycled metal and non-metallic material processing fishery, collect and sell recyclable materials. Nonparty B is a person who served as the Plaintiff’s representative director from April 1, 2008 to March 20, 2012.

The Plaintiff entered into a contract between the Plaintiff and the Korea Electric Power Corporation from 2009 to 7, 2010, and the Korea Electric Power Corporation C and PCBs Phloride (b) Piplorates; a organic compound made by reactioning salt and non-phenyls; a organic compound made by reactioning salt and non-phenyl, but is not in water, but in oil or organic solvent.

With respect to the service of selling and treating pulmonary pressures, the service contract (hereinafter “instant service contract”) was concluded in accordance with the special terms and conditions of the contract as follows, and the remaining wastes (e.g., liquid, solid, and solid waste) and recyclables (e.g., oral, and scrap metal) were classified by the Korea Electric Power Corporation after taking over pulmonary pressures from Korea Electric Power Corporation and disposing of them.

Article 1 (Purpose) of the Special Conditions for the Contract for Waste Treatment Services containing PCBs (hereinafter referred to as the “project owner”) entrusts the disposal of wastes containing polychlorinated biphenyls (hereinafter referred to as “PCBs wastes”) discharged from the place of business of the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Electric Power Corporation”).
