1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are all the plaintiffs, including the costs incurred by the supplementary participation.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. (i) The process of registration of the establishment of the mining right of this case and the old mining plan of this case: (a) the defendant completed registration of the establishment of the mining right of M and N under the Joseon Mining Order, which was enforced on July 17, 1935, by M and N: (b) the establishment of the mining right of this case; (c) the location of "O: P, Q, R, and R: Chungcheongnam-gun; (d) the mining land register: S, T; (e) gold, silver; (e) gold at the time of the establishment of the mining right of Ansan; and (g) gold at the time of the establishment of the mining right; (e) the size of the mining right of this case was 33th: the area of the above mining right of 33th: (c) but was revised to 333th (h) ex officio on December 20, 1976; and (e) the establishment of the mining right was registered by applying for registration of M and N as M as the representative 3909 on the same day.
(2) As the Mining Industry Act enacted on December 23, 1951 and enforced on February 22, 1952, the term of the mining right of this case was extended to 25 years from the enforcement date of the above Act pursuant to Article 83 of the Addenda. Around February 20, 1976, the Defendant permitted the extension of the term of the mining right until February 20, 202; and around December 20, 201, the term of the mining right of this case was extended to 25 years from the enforcement date of the above Act.

Applicant and on the other hand, the Do governor shall grant the mining right of this case.
