Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person in charge of building equipment at the construction site of the victim C (the age of 47) management in Gwangju City in Gyeonggi-do;

On January 15, 2016, around 10:30 on January 15, 2016, the Defendant made phone calls to the victim C at an influent place in Gyeonggi-do, Gwangju Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”), and made a threat to the victim’s body, which would result in any injury to the victim.”

On January 15, 2016, the Defendant threatened C, as stated in paragraph (1), and then sought improvement, which is a dangerous object stored in his/her own car, around 10:41 on January 15, 2016, and sought a construction site specified in paragraph (1), and then assigned the said improvement to D (the 47 years of age), the warden of the said construction site, “I am the president. I am the president, and I am the said site for about 30 minutes.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects that are likely to be used for crime without justifiable reasons.
