A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

around 15:20 on August 14, 2014, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.287% without obtaining a driver's license at a distance of about 30 meters from the 15:20 meters in front of the lux cafeteria located in the Dong-ri, if the Defendant was a Sinsan City.
