1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) is in the middle of 81 square meters in North-gu C, North-gu, North Korea (Counterclaim Defendant) for the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant):
(a) the attached appraisal sheet No. 1, 2, 2.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. On October 25, 1990, E purchased and owned a F.353 square meters (hereinafter “instant F site”) in Northern-gu, Northern-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, and sold it to D on August 10, 201.
D on September 18, 2001, a new house (hereinafter “instant F Housing”) was built with a construction permit granted on the ground of the instant F Housing site, and was owned in an unregistered state after obtaining approval for use on March 13, 2002.
On the other hand, on June 12, 2006, the Plaintiff purchased the land adjacent to the F site of this case from the foreign third village G, and purchased the land from the North-gu C large 81 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and its ground, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its future.
On June 27, 2006, the Plaintiff surveyed the boundary between the instant F site and the instant site C through the branch offices of the Korea Land Information Corporation, and marked the marks on the boundary point marks of the instant land C.
D on May 28, 2013, after completing the registration of ownership preservation on the instant F housing, D completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant F housing site and housing to the Defendant on the same day.
Of the instant land owned by the Plaintiff, the land for the instant F housing is influoring the part on the ship (b) part (i) of 16 square meters connected with each point of the attached Table 1, 2, 13, 12, 11, 9, 10, 10, and 1 of the instant land owned by the Plaintiff, which is located in the line that connects each point of (c) the attached Table 9, 11, 12, and 13 to each point of (i) the attached Table 9, 13, 37 square meters of a concrete retaining wall (hereinafter “instant concrete retaining wall”) (hereinafter “instant concrete retaining wall”), and the same appraisal is installed on the line that connects each point of (3) 13, and 2 with each point of (2) the building wall (hereinafter “instant wall”).
