Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2013, at around 00:57, the Defendant driven a balp motor vehicle at approximately 1 Km section of approximately 1 Km in the state of alcohol with blood alcohol content of 0.139% from the front side of the Samsan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City to the 702-on street of the same Samsan-dong 3m-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.
