A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the Defendant, by carrying dangerous articles as above, obstructed police officers’ legitimate performance of duties concerning traffic control and the prevention of danger and injury to traffic by assaulting police officers G and F, and at the same time damaged the police patrol vehicles, which are goods used by public offices, to have their utility equivalent to KRW 534,748.

2.
