1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 24,608,100 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from July 15, 2015 to December 11, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

Facts in the cause of the claim are either disputed between the parties, or acknowledged by the purport of Gap evidence of subparagraphs 1 through 3, as a whole.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 24,608,100 won and damages for delay at each rate of 6% per annum prescribed by the Commercial Act from July 15, 2015 to December 11, 2015, which is obvious that it is the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order in this case, and 15% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable.
