Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
(a) He shall not sell drugs manufactured without obtaining permission from the Commissioner of the Korea Food and Drug Administration or acquire them for sale, and he shall not sell drugs or acquire them for sale, other than pharmacy founders;
Nevertheless, around January 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained 1610 Gtel 1610 of the Busan-gu Busan-gu Gtel for the purpose of selling eight times from May 10, 2012; (b) received 25,000 won per unit from August 10, 2012 by selling eight times as indicated in the attached Table 1 of the Crimes List, and (c) received 25,000 won per unit from the working office of the Sung-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-si, by mixing Docar and Apine cine cine cine cine cine as a cosmetic material; and (d) sold F acquired as above after receiving 25,00 won per unit from sales in the name default to sales in the name default.
