[criminal power] On August 17, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for larceny, two years of suspended sentence, one year of suspended sentence, one year of suspended sentence, and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on September 28, 2006, and one year of suspended sentence in the Cheongju District Court on September 25, 2008. On September 24, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Suwon District Court on the same site, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on January 9, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 19:00 on December 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) around the E Corporation site office operated by the victim D in Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun; (b) installed the Fone Starsch Rexroth drivered by himself/herself; and (c) laid off the victim with any crepan, which is a construction material located in the open space, and laid down in the open space the victim’s market value, 50 e.g., KRW 1,496,00.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On December 27, 2013, at around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) driven the Fone Star vehicle without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 146.9km from the paper building to the above E-Site 75-1, Chang-gun, Chang-gun, Seoul, via the above E-Site office; and (b) from around 146.9km to the front of the above E-Site building.

B. On December 31, 2013, at around 11:55, the Defendant: (a) driven the said Loneex vehicle without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 6.4 km from the day on which the Defendant was running the said 6.4m car without a driver’s license to the day on which the said 6.4m car building was in front of the said 3470, as from the day on which the Defendant was running the said franchi vehicle from
