During that period, the defendant and E conspired to acquire dividends by creating a false lease contract on apartment buildings in the name of E and the defendant and E by submitting it to the court.

On November 9, 201, the Defendant filed a report on the right to lease and an application for a demand for distribution equivalent to the same amount with respect to a false lease agreement on July 2, 2010, which entered the lease deposit amount as KRW 45 million, in the 23th auction in charge of the G real estate rental auction case for the above apartment complex, the Defendant filed a false report on the right to lease and an application for a demand for distribution on the same amount with respect to the lease agreement on July 2, 2010, stating the lease deposit amount as KRW 45 million.
