A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. The defendant violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, Use and photographing) shall use the gallonian function owned by the defendant on the five floors at the construction site of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building site;

A. The victim (the victim, who was no longer aware of the number of rooms of Ctels in the said construction site from December 2, 2016 to July 2017) taken 10 photographs of 10 times, in which it is impossible to find out the number of rooms of Ctels in the said construction site, and the name that he/she wears only the above inner clothes is unknown;

B. In a case where it is impossible to identify the number of the houses of Ctel as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) at a time from December 2, 2016 to July 2017, the victim (man, age and age and age) who is unable to identify the full number of clothes in the room in which the number of the houses of Ctel as described in the said paragraph (a) is unknown, taken nine photographs

C. At the time from December 2016 to July 2017, in which case the number of the houses of the Ctel as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) cannot be known, the victim’s name cannot be known, in whole, of the clothes in the room in which the number of the houses of the Ctel as described in the said paragraph (a) is taken 17 times of photograph;

D. The number of rooms in Ctel as described in the foregoing paragraph is unknown at a time from December 2, 2016 to July 2017, the victim (n, age omitted) who was unable to identify the name of the following garments, taken one photograph of the victim (n, age omitted) who was able to identify the number of rooms in Ctel as described in the said paragraph;

E. The number of rooms in Ctel as described in the foregoing paragraph is unknown at a time from December 2, 2016 to July 2017, the victim (inn, age omitted) who was unable to identify the name of the following clothes is taken one photograph of the victim (inn, age omitted) who was unable to identify the number of rooms in Ctel as described in the said paragraph;

F. The number of rooms of Ctel as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) is unknown at a time from December 2, 2016 to July 2017, the victim (the victim, who was no longer known of the name of the warehouse) taken one photograph of the victim (the age omitted) who, in turn, cannot be known even though the number of rooms of Ctel as described in the said paragraph (a) cannot be known;

G. The number of houses of Ctel as described in the foregoing paragraph cannot be known at the time when it is impossible to know between them from December 2016 to July 2017.
