1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 205,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 28, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. In around 1970, the network D created the Defendant, a temple E located in Yangsan-si, and registered on July 31, 1980 as the foundation F’s subdivision B, and died on February 18, 2013 while performing the Defendant’s branch director’s duties. At present, the Defendant’s branch director was not appointed.
B. On November 13, 200, the network written a loan certificate (No. 1, 200; hereinafter “the loan certificate in this case”) and the present loan certificate in this case is owned by the Plaintiff. The loan certificate in this case is stated as “(DG) Notes (G).” The stamp is affixed on the side of the loan certificate in this case. The loan amount is stated as “10 million won,” “3% per month, interest payment date,” “13% per month,” “the loan date, November 13, 200,” and “the time of return, November 12, 2001.”
C. On the other hand, the Plaintiff is entitled to “transfer of this case” as indicated below.

The Plaintiff, on November 27, 2001, transferred money of KRW 2.4 million and KRW 2.4 million to his own Busan Bank account (H) from December 14, 2001 to March 5, 201, to the name of “Defendant B”, “(state) I”, “F”, etc. (part of the Defendant), almost every month, from around two million to five million won (round October 2005, the Plaintiff received money of KRW 2.2 million and KRW 2.4 million at intervals of about two weeks, from around August 2007 to KRW 1:3 million, from around KRW 3.75 million, from around March 5, 201 to KRW 1:3 million, from around August 200 to KRW 4 million, there was no change in the amount of money of KRW 1 million to KRW 5 million, and there was no change in the amount of money from KRW 2.4 million to KRW 5 million.5 million.
