Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 3, 2010, the defendant, who was the former representative director of the D Co., Ltd. located in the militaryposi, resigned from the representative director of D Co., Ltd., and the victim E was appointed as the representative director, and committed the following crimes.
1. On December 21, 2010, from around 16:20 to 17:30, the Defendant: (a) at the D Co., Ltd. office located in Mapo City, the former representative director, the Defendant did not even take over the business; (b) the Defendant, the present representative director, employed the F, G, H, I, and J and reported the business; (c) with K having the position of D outside director; and (d) the employees newly employed the victim entering the said office with the said office; (d) “I are what you want to go, what you want to go, what you want to go, what you want, what you want to go, what you want to go, what you want to go, what you want; and (d) F, who found the “Cumulative Accounting Program” using the computer on the part of the victim, did not interfere with the victim’s business by force by means of force.
2. On December 22, 2010, from around 10:00 to 14:00, the Defendant prepared a notice from the D office under the preceding paragraph that the Defendant sent to the occupants to work at the work site of G, I, and J, etc., who are employees employed by the victim. However, the Defendant entered L and the Defendant’s office along with L and “this article may only be able to be attached, so as to have not yet taken over the business after the business became an assignee,” and “N, which is a parking lot service employee, prevents them from managing this office,” and “I will keep this person from carrying documents or attach photographs if you are not our company employees,” and “I will keep the employees of the communications company that requested the victim to repair the telephone and computer without permission to do so.”
