A A shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 3 million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, as a person with whom they are in a mutually-related relationship, did not have cash, and there was no balance of the physical card, and there was no intent or ability to pay the price even if they were supplied food at a restaurant, and conspired to drink with food and drink even though they did not have the intent or ability to pay the price.
On May 8, 2016, around 04:30 on May 8, 2016, the Defendants: (a) did not have the intent or ability to pay the price in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Busan Shipping Daegu C; (b) ordered the employees F of the said restaurant to pay the price as if he/she had the intention or ability to pay the price; and (c) ordered the 1st century and the 1st C
As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception F as above and acquired the F from F, namely, the alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 11,00 from the F.
2. Whether the Defendants, who interfered with their business, can pay the food cost from the police officers dispatched after receiving a report from the employees F, in the place described in paragraph (1) from May 8, 2016 to May 05:30 of the same day.
I would like to ask questions, and Defendant A would not have any money to get released from the Republic of Korea. Defendant B would have tried to get 200,000 won that she had increased.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's restaurant business by force.
