A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2018, the Defendant, “2018 Goman 5929”, by misrepresenting a police officer, investigator, staff member of the Financial Supervisory Service, etc., received a proposal from a member of the staff of the Red Financial Fraud (hereinafter referred to as “Sing”) who deceivings victims to take part in the singing crime by deceiving victims, and agreed to take part in the singishing crime. The singishing employee, by using illegally collected personal information, etc., called “the singishing case and the identity theft case.” If the victim could be subject to second damage, he/she must withdraw all the possible deposits from the Financial Supervisory Service and deliver them to the employee of the Financial Supervisory Service. The Defendant presented the role of deceiving victims (hereinafter referred to as “csing account”) by himself/herself as if he/she were given a direct deposit account by an employee of the singishing employee (hereinafter referred to as “the singishing employee”) under the direction of the Financial Supervisory Service.”

According to the above public offering, around August 14, 2018, the 'the Financial Services Commission' directed the public prosecutor and investigator in charge of the Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor's Office in charge of the Financial Services Commission in accordance with the major measures and cooperation documents related to the tracking of financial accounts.

The Financial Services Commission shall trace a bank account and illegal funds through ear's bank account tracking, and when confirming illegal funds after the account tracking, it will be dynamicly handled and taken measures to return to the National Treasury in accordance with Article 27 (3) of the Financial Services Commission Act, and to prove transparency in ear's account through account tracking.
