Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:55 on April 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) heard the internal restaurant of the first floor of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, 3116-1, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, 3116-1, the first floor of the library of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, 3116-1; (b) returned to the victim C; and (c) made it difficult for the victim C to sell any other door-to-be, which was carrying out a bath in large interest; and (d) reported a sanitary inspection, thereby hindering the legitimate duties of the victim by force.
