A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] The Defendant: (a) established the Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon Office and recruited investors in the Daejeon District Office; (b) established a cruise tour with the name of “D” and operated as the representative director of the Korea Branch; and (c) provided the above E with the so-called “compensation plan” with the name of “compensation plan” to the effect that “I may receive profits up to 500 percent of the investment principal”; (d) G provided the computer program under the above “compensation plan; and (e) provided a server, etc. to develop and implement the computer program under the above “compensation plan; and (e) H explained explained the aforementioned D business to the Defendant and notified the methods of membership recruitment and management.

On August 4, 2014, at the Daejeon Daejeon Office, the Defendant: (a) the Victim I and the Victim J used the site; (b) the Company is a foreign company having the office in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong; (c) the Company is a global maximum cruise tour package group; (d) the Company is registered as D by opening the company’s virtual currency account; (c) the Company is transferred to the company’s account by purchasing “L”; and (d) the members may be free of charge for cruise travel; and (e) if a member invests money by introducing another member, the amount of 10% of the investment amount shall be paid as a recommendation allowance; and (6) the value of the first unit shall be KRW 120,000,000 and KRW 720,000,000,000,000,000 won, and the VIP member shall be paid as the amount calculated by dividing the total sales amount of 20% of the world’s sales amount once a week to dividends.
