1. Around 20:00 on August 3, 2019, the Defendant embezzled the property that he/she had, without following necessary procedures such as acquiring one credit card and one credit card check of community credit cooperatives and one credit cooperative physical card, and then returning it to the victim, on the road near the Southern-gu Intercity bus terminal, which was lost by the victim B at the time of port.

2. On August 3, 2019, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) presented a credit card in the name-free employee, who was lost in B’s name, as if he was a legitimate holder, at the south-gu Office C and the victim D’s “E convenience store” in the name of the said B; and (b) received one cigarette and canca in an amount equivalent to the total market value of KRW 5,400 from an employee under his name-free circumstances; and (c) used the credit card lost by B.

In addition, from that to August 21, 2019, the Defendant received the total amount of KRW 230,300,000 and used the credit card lost by B in the same manner as indicated in the attached crime list by the same method.

3. On August 3, 2019, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at around 21:17, 2019, presented to the victim as if he was a legitimate holder the credit card was lost under the name of “F in the name of Nam-gu F and Hmat managed by the victim G” and “Hmat” in the name of “Hmat” as indicated in paragraph (1) B, and had the victim receive tobacco 2: (16,050 won in total from the victim; (2) 2,050 won in total; (2) 2,000,0000,000 won in

4. A thief: (a) on December 14, 2019, the Defendant discovered that the victim I was melted from a sea-going toilet outside the port terminal located in 85, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Mapo-ro, and that he was posted in the toilet door, and used the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
