Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who owns a vehicle B.

No owner or possessor of an automobile may leave an automobile alone on the road continuously.

Nevertheless, from May 7, 2010 to May 27, 2010, the Defendant continuously left the said vehicle on the front of the restaurant by leaving the said vehicle on the front of the restaurant.
