Defendants are not guilty.

On May 2016, the Defendants conspired to sell the instant land to KRW 1750,00 per square year, in order to the effect that “The instant land can be built up up to the fourth floor of the general residential area and it is possible to increase land price in a short period due to high possibility of development,” while making a false statement to the effect that the instant land is not adjacent to the road, thus making it impossible to construct a new building, making it difficult to build a road, and having no designation as an urban development zone, and the individual land price is equal to KRW 70,000 per square year (in fact from the company in question around April 27, 2016).

Accordingly, at around 15:00 on May 21, 2016, Defendant A and Defendant B have a high investment value as a place of development where “the instant land would soon be developed if there is only two parcels of land.”
