A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 17:30 on December 18, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., after-accident), driving a B B Poter freight vehicle, and driving the road one-lane prior to C at the seat of the front city at the seat of the front city at the flood of the front city.

At all times, the center line of the yellow-ray is one lane, and the victim D (the 41 year old) driven the rocketing-ray above. Thus, the Defendant, who was engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, had a duty of care to safely proceed and prevent an accident, but the Defendant tried to overtake the said rocketing-ray by overcoming the center line of the yellow-ray, and attempted to find a central separation wing, and immediately enter the above rocketing-top vehicle into the front side of the said rocketing-ray while discovering the said rocketing-top vehicle, and went away without taking necessary measures, even if it was damaged to repair the said rocketing-top vehicle amounting to KRW 678,00.

At the above time and place, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) obstructed the median line at the front of the front of the front of the front of the front of the front of the front of the front of the front of the front of the front of the road to overtake a numberless vehicle; (b) continuously obstructed the central line to overtake the said rocketing motor vehicle; (c) repeating the said rocketing motor vehicle; and (d) repeating the median line to another person, the Defendant repeatedly obstructed or endangered another person or caused danger to traffic.
