Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Road Traffic Act (after-accident) by the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B rocketing motor vehicle.

On March 29, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 07:40 on March 29, 2017, and led the 180km road from Busan to Seoul.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side, and to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got off the right side of the D tank D driven by the victim C (60) who proceeded with the same direction as it was due to negligence, and received the front side of the Defendant’s car left side.

Ultimately, the Defendant did not immediately stop and take necessary measures, even though he did not cause any danger and obstacle to traffic by destroying goods to fall under the repair cost of KRW 3,025,00 on the said tank-based vehicle due to such occupational negligence.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) was driven by the Defendant at approximately 50km section from the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article to the 0.11% of alcohol content in blood while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.1% from the 50km section of the Gapo-gu, Daegu-si to the Gapo-si, Kimcheon-si from the Gapo-si, Kimcheon-si to the rest area.
