Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle in C Spanpo Area in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and the Road Traffic Act (or the injury).

On June 25, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 23:00, and led the front road of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the private street protection of the Gu from the wallside of the Jam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

At this point, there was a center line of yellow-ray, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to thoroughly operate the driver in the front line and to safely operate the car line.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E and the victim I (59) who was taking advantage of the said vehicle from the said vehicle, and the victim G for about two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim J (53) who is the passenger of the said taxi, suffered from the injury of the base and tension for about two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the damaged person by immediately stopping the said vehicle.

2. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) committed a traffic accident such as that set forth in paragraph (1) and escaped, thereby getting the victim L(43) who is a driver of K Obab, to escape.

On June 25, 2018, the Defendant was satising himself on the road located in 113 in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul around 23:10.
