Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants, E, F, G, and H’s joint criminal acts with H, and E, F, and G are required to run the lending business by advertising loans to “I”, an Internet lending advertising site without registering the lending business, but no longer than in the financial rights, when the users of the lending information have contacted with the said advertising report, preparing customer data and lending money at a high interest rate, and then, the obligor was to collect the loans by means of threatening the obligor using personal information indicated in the said data if the obligor did not repay the money.
(a) A person who intends to run a loan business without registration or a loan brokerage business shall register with the competent authority having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business by place of business;
