The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:15, on the street in front of the Daejeon Embrate C, the Defendant: (b) committed assault on the part of the victim, who was driven by the Victim F (the age of 27) on the ground that he/she carried the Embex vehicle in the street before the Daejeon Embrate C, and was at the expense of the victim and the trial cost, on the ground that he/she carried the vehicle in a dangerous manner to the Gamba, which he/she was driven by the Victim.

2. The offense of assault is a crime not prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim (Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act). Since the victim F expressed his/her intent not to prosecute the defendant on September 18, 2014, after the indictment of this case, the victim F expressed his/her intention not to prosecute the defendant, the prosecution against the above assault is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
